The 100 m² holiday apartment in a traditional timber-framed house in Durbach, Baden-Württemberg, accommodates up to 4 guests (ideally max. 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). It features 2 bedrooms—one with a box-spring bed and one with a sofa bed—as well as a bathroom with shower. The private, well-equipped kitchen offers a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Delonghi capsule machine with milk frother, Senseo pad machine by Phillips, French press, kettle, and toaster. Four people can dine at the kitchen island. During your stay, you have private Wi-Fi (suitable for regular use; connection may be limited if several people use it intensively at the same time), a high chair, a workspace, a private sauna, a washing machine, and a cosy living room with tiled stove and smart TV. In front of the apartment, you’ll find an outdoor area with two loungers and a small table. Sun umbrellas are available. Enjoy the unique hillside location, surrounded by trees and rocks. The property features a small biotope, creating a special atmosphere between vineyards and houses. A communal parking space is directly in front of the house, and there is a garage for bicycle storage. Events are not permitted on the property. You can start mountain bike tours directly from the house, and the Durbach hiking trail is just a few steps away. The Heimbach bus stop is a short walk, and the village centre with shops is 500 metres away. Swimming pool and mini-golf are within 5 minutes on foot. Bed linen, towels, sauna towels and dish towels are provided. The living room offers books and games. The sauna is available for an extra charge.
